Rule number one must have some Adobo it is a hispanic seasoning you can find it anywhere. Make sure you look in the spanish aisle, Take 4 egg white only sprinkle some Adobo to taste not too much because than you will have some salty eggs. Get any kind of table blend does not matter the brand, It has to say Table Blend, sprinkle some of that this does not have salt so do not worry add a splash of milk. Now put butter into the pan wisk the eggs and throw them in. Medium heat, cut up green onion and toss them on top of the eggs while they are still runny. When you feel its ready! flip your omlette, add anything you would like. My prefference Munster Cheese Yumi, Some turkey breast and spinach. Top with a dallop of sour cream!
